The world of typography and typographic treatment is ever-changing and ever-expanding. Typography is present as far as the eye can see, from television to websites, road signs to mobile devices, books to newspapers. It's everywhere. Inescapable. And that's the way I like it to be honest. The term "Typophile" is extremely common within design networks. I'm a self-confessed typophile, always out to discover the latest trends and constantly testing my own knowledge of typefaces. Fonts in Use is a wonderful website that aims to "catalogue and examine real-world typography". Fonts in Use is a collaborative project between Sam Berlow, Stephen Coles, and Nick Sherman. It details and offers insights into typefaces used across an extensive variety of media. I just love the concept behind this website. There have been so many times where I've seen a typeface and have been unsure of its name. So to see these typefaces utilised and examined in everyday objects is extremely impressive.
